Terms & Conditions – Buyer & Seller Agreement

Welcome to Test & Save ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation as a buyer/reviewer ("Buyer") or seller/brand representative ("Seller") on our platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

We operate an independent platform that connects Buyers and Sellers for product testing and review opportunities.
We are not affiliated with or legal representatives of any e-commerce marketplace.
Participation on our platform is voluntary and subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Buyers must have an active account in good standing on the platform.
Sellers must provide accurate business and product information.
Each individual or business may only maintain one account unless otherwise approved.

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must provide genuine, unbiased, and honest feedback or reviews of products received through the platform.

Buyers must:

Leave feedback or ratings on the platform as requested to confirm receipt or completion of reviews.

Buyers must not:

Post fake or misleading reviews.
Disclose Seller's private or identifying information publicly.
Intentionally leave unjustified negative reviews to harm Sellers.
Engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., multiple accounts to receive more products).

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must clearly state the terms of product testing (including refund timelines, review requirements and shipping details).
Sellers must provide refunds or reimbursements within the agreed timeframe once the Buyer has met the agreed requirements.
If a Buyer's review or feedback is deleted or removed by the platform or elsewhere, the Seller is still obligated to honor any promised refund or reimbursement.
Sellers must not demand false or biased reviews or violate any applicable laws.
If a Seller fails to honor refunds, provides misleading information or violates these Terms, their account may be suspended or permanently banned.

5. Refunds & Payments

Refund-based testing must follow the exact instructions provided at the time of the offer.
Sellers agree to process refunds promptly and in good faith.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove Sellers who fail to complete refunds within the stated timeframe.

6. Prohibited Activities

Both Buyers and Sellers are prohibited from:

Using bots, scripts or other automated tools.
Creating duplicate or fake accounts.
Selling or reselling free or discounted products obtained via the platform.
Circumventing the platform to avoid rules or fees.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Product Ownership

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, Buyers may keep products after leaving honest Review or feedback.
Sellers retain no ownership rights after transfer unless agreed otherwise.

8. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee Buyers will receive products or Sellers will find reviewers.
Participation is based on eligibility, availability, and program demand.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of any product provided.
We are not legal representatives or agents of any online marketplace.
You assume all risks related to testing, using, or selling products through our platform.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Buyer or Seller account at our discretion if they violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Users may cancel their participation at any time by contacting us

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our platform means you accept the revised Terms.
